Bruce Russell has more than 35 years of experience in all phases of contract administration, cost proposal and pricing strategy development, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost control implementation in the commercial, federal, and state environments. His strong analytical and problem-solving skills give him the ability to effectively interface with all levels of management. He comprehensively manages and understands the complex relationship between an organization’s customer needs and objectives, its business development plan, and its contract and financial performance objectives.

Prior to joining MSG, Mr. Russell held senior positions in contracts and pricing and program support. His experience in large and diverse environments has armed him with the expertise to provide management with solutions critical to a company’s health and performance. Mr. Russell has also managed teams of finance and contracts/grants professionals who provided a suite of vertically integrated business support services to include contracts and grants management, cost proposal development, and project financial performance reviews.
