Research & Evaluation

At MSG, research and evaluation services empower public and nonprofit agencies to make evidence-informed decisions that drive lasting impact. We design and implement rigorous evaluations—quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods—across education, workforce development, health, and human services. Our approach goes beyond traditional evaluation by integrating technical assistance, IT solutions, strategic communications, and training to ensure findings are actionable and sustainable.

MSG is uniquely positioned to support clients from data collection to dissemination. We help build capacity through tailored technical assistance and enhance data quality and accessibility with user-centered digital tools. We ensure insights are translated into practice through compelling communications and practical learning experiences. Our team of methodologists, subject matter experts, and change agents brings a collaborative lens to every project.

With a strong federal track record and a commitment to universal, participatory methods, MSG stands out as a trusted partner for advancing outcomes, building knowledge, and fostering continuous improvement.
