MSG leads the National Charter School Resource Center (NCSRC), transforming it into a national hub for training, technical assistance (TA), and resources that support over 180 active grantees across six Charter School Program (CSP) streams. We provide individualized TA to more than 200 grantees and authorizers, helping them meet grant requirements, strengthen charter school quality, and elevate student outcomes. MSG rebuilt the NCSRC’s digital platform to improve accessibility and user experience and developed 25+ on-demand learning modules, with over 90% of participants reporting intended practice change. We also produced a five-part video series celebrating 30 years of charter school innovation. The video was shared with more than 9,000 subscribers and federal audiences. From multimedia storytelling to Tableau dashboards and resource toolkits, MSG equips the charter sector with the knowledge, tools, and data to inform policy, improve practice, and scale impact.
