MSG developed and facilitated technical assistance (TA) to thousands of stakeholders in state and local educational agencies and institutes of higher education, resulting in tangible outcomes for English learner support and academic achievement. MSG organized and facilitated TA including webinars, 24-hour help desks, podcasts, and meetings. We drafted research-based resources such as Congressional reports, fact sheets, infographics, mobile apps, playbooks, practice briefs, and toolkits. MSG maintained the NCELA website and the Knowledge Management System (KMS) through which 123 of the U.S. Department of Education’s grantees from 42 states conduct reporting and receive technical support.
