Logistics Support, Coordination and Management

Manhattan Strategy provides our clients with logistical needs that support efficient program operation and achieve mission objectives. MSG applies a core set of principles in designing, planning, and managing meetings, conferences, workshops, and other logistical requirements to ensure seamless execution for our clients.

Conference Management

Manhattan Strategy has the capability to manage high-level executive events involving corporate and government senior leaders, often involving CEO and Secretary/Assistant Secretary participation. With the support of partners, we are able to serve as a one-stop source for all of your meeting needs, including web-based registration, exhibit management, logistical support, managing and developing programming and content, developing and implementing a security plan, providing meeting management and facilitation, and production support.

Marketing and Communications

Manhattan Strategy produces memorable communications by working closely and collaboratively with our clients to achieve mission objectives for both web-based and print applications. Effective communication requires crafting messages that are straightforward, consistent, and concise. Our design services facilitate the exchange of ideas, whether through a website, innovative graphic presentations, or traditional reports.

Meeting Facilitation

MSG provides facilitation and meeting management services throughout organizations, including senior executives, mid-level managers and administrative, maintenance, and clerical support staff. Based on client objectives, we are able to facilitate a diversity of meeting types including development of new programs, team-building sessions to address work group issues, strategic planning retreats, and task force assistance.

Peer Review and Grant Management

The MSG Team has a thorough understanding of the Federal grant review and award process. The team of management and staff selected to support this contract have an average of 10 years and a total of over 80 years of experience providing support for end-to-end grants management peer review process. The team has extensive experience coordinating and facilitating the peer review process including support for peer review panels nationwide and managing pools of subject expert consultants nationally and abroad.
