Robust and Proven Delivery Methodology

Manhattan Strategy's solutions are driven by a proprietary project delivery model, AI2, encompassing four key principles - Assessment, Intelligence, Analysis, and Implementation.

Quality Management

All Manhattan Strategy projects have an internal quality management process to ensure that our deliverables meet the high standards set by our clients. The components of that process include:

  • Senior team members are actively involved in the engagement on a weekly basis
  • Project team reviews assignments with manager on a weekly basis to ensure that it meets internal and external client expectations
  • Regular progress updates with the client team ensure appropriate feedback
    • We look forward to our client's participation and actively work with them to adjust focus as needed

Aside from project quality processes, Manhattan Strategy has a quality management organization whose members are responsible for quality control across projects. The roles of members include:

  • Program Manager (PM): Will be responsible for overseeing overall contract quality management; maintaining a contract management plan; managing and reporting on agreed upon metrics; and maintaining a corrective action log
  • Quality Assurance Team (QAT): Senior management members of our team will be called upon by the PM to serve as quality reviewers for work they are not performing.
  • Task Leads: Task leaders will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the task-specific quality processes
